Refund Policy

1. Scope

This policy applies to launch kit purchases and service retainers made through our website or approved payment channels.

2. Launch Kit Purchases

  • Orders can be canceled before project kickoff for a full refund.
  • After kickoff, refunds are prorated based on completed discovery, setup, and implementation effort.
  • Any third-party costs already incurred (licenses, gateway fees, infra, integrations) are non-refundable.

3. Service Engagements

For project or retainer services, refund eligibility follows your contract milestones. Completed and approved milestones are non-refundable.

4. Refund Request Process

Send refund requests to business@aikyatts.com with order ID, engagement details, and reason for request. We acknowledge within 3 business days.

5. Processing Timeline

Approved refunds are processed within 7-14 business days to the original payment method, subject to payment gateway and banking timelines.

6. Chargebacks

For payment disputes or chargebacks, both parties should first attempt resolution through official support channels before initiating legal escalation.
